Canines and Couture Fall 2014 . Photographer Wilmington NC

The fall fashions were in full swing last night as local rescue pups strutted across the stage just outside 1900 in Wilmington NC. The event is an effort to raise awareness about puppy mills, fund local dog rescues and help get a puppy mill bill passed in NC that will help regulate the care dogs receive when they are being used for breeding.
